The Titans Baseball Club launched their Fundraising Campaign in November of 2007 to help raise money for their Building Fund.

In 2009, the Titans have announced holding their 3rd Annual Bingo which will be on May 8th at Westminster High School. They are also planning a Golf Tournament in the early fall.

Titans Baseball Club Launches Fund-Raising Campaign for New Indoor Sports Facility

Westminster, MD, November 7, 2007 - The Titans Baseball Club has launched a fund raising campaign with the goal of raising $80,000 over the next four years, to begin building its own indoor facility.

This Indoor Facility will allow the Titans Baseball Club to hold practices, camps and clinics during the winter months when weather conditions don't permit outdoor activities. This Facility will have cages for both hitting and pitching and a multi-purpose area for fielding, etc. Baseball players of all ages will be able to come and work on their fundamentals and improve their skills. This state of the art training Facility will be a great place for, not only Titans, but all sports teams to have a place to play.

Titans Baseball Club President and co-founder Butch Adams has been involved in the local sport community for over 20 years. "Baseball is at an all-time high in this area and we are looking to provide more of an opportunity for these players," said Adams, "You can learn more from the game of baseball than just how to play. Baseball teaches these players many valuable life lessons that they will be able to use in real life situations".

The Titans have already announced their 2^nd Annual Basket Bingo to be held in March, 2008 as one of their fundraisers. Others that are scheduled for this Fundraising Campaign in 2008 are the Titans Golf Classic and their annual Titans Lottery Raffle. In addition to this, the Titans are looking for contributions from local businesses and organizations that are interested in helping young athletes.

The Titans Baseball Club

Since its founding in 1998, the Titans Baseball Club has provided young athletes a place to play baseball at a high level and develop their skills to become High School and College baseball players. Currently the program has over 100 athletes that participate in their camps, clinics and teams. The Organization has developed Varsity High School, Division I, II and III College, and even professional athletes. In addition to instructing young athletes, the Titans Baseball Club also assists players with an annual College Scholarship to help with tuition costs in their 4 years of college.
